Hello, my name is Courtney Kreitzer and I am a highly motivated junior at Tufts University studying Engineering Psychology, Engineering Management, and Spanish. I am passionate about the intersection of tech, design, and business and am interested in understanding how users interact with technology in order to improve their experience. I have developed a strong foundation in the field of Human Factors Engineering through my experiences designing UI/UX, programming, management consulting, conducting human-computer interaction research, and participating in hackathons. I am also an experienced leader committed to fostering positive change and creating a lasting impact through my experiences founding Girl Gains at Tufts and running FIT pre-orientation program.

Fitness & IndividualĀ DevelopmentĀ  at Tufts Pre-Orientation

Head Leader

Coordinated a 5-day pre-orientation program for incoming freshmen interested in health and wellness. Managed 230+ students and 50+ peer leaders with a budget of over 100k.

Undergraduate Summer Researcher

Participated in an NSF REU at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute where I researched the needs of creative entrepreneurs in order to develop computational tools to help them become successful business owners.

Researched the feasibility of connecting Virtual Reality 3D CADding App Gravity Sketch, 2D CADding App BlocksCAD, and 3D printing into a seamless process for students to use.
